I let mine steep for a lonnnnng time. And I squeeze the tea bag out until it stops dripping. And I don't add sugar or milk. That dilutes it.

Four bags irish breakfast to a pot, left overnight.

It HURTS for teh bitterness, but god, is it good at the same time.

Yeah, I bet it's good... but you're also a caffeine junkie. It's been proven that caffeine doesn't do jack all to/for me, seeing as I can drink a Pepsi, or some tea or a large black Timmy's coffee, then go to bed and fall asleep with no trouble.

I'm almost jealous.

I take strong tea without milk or sugar.

But milk into tea? Seems like a good way to scald milk. Tea into milk is usually the better bet.
